A full-time engineer who has a strong working knowledge of the land development approval process and the technical ability/engineering skills to work as a part of a project team taking projects from conception to approval.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years experience, preferably in land development
- Good communication skills
- Effective time management
- PE preferred, but not required
Technical skills needed:
- Grading
- Site layout
- Working knowledge of land development approval process
- Stormwater management
- Erosion and sedimentation
- Familiar with NPDES
